Cancellations & Rescheduling

To provide exceptional service to all clients, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services. Out of respect for everyone's time, cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a cancelation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service.

Cell Phones

We are committed to providing a luxurious and peaceful environment for all our clients. To help ensure a relaxing experience, we kindly ask that you limit the use of your cell phone during your visit. We encourage you to fully enjoy the time you’ve set aside for yourself, and a quiet, serene atmosphere allows us to deliver the best service possible.

For your convenience, we ask that you keep your phone on silent or vibrate mode during your appointment.

Our goal is to create a space where you can unwind, relax, and fully enjoy your experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain this atmosphere for all our guests.

Arriving Late

Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available hairstylist complete your service.

Redos For Hair Services

Requests must be made within a week from date of service. Redos will be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level.

Waiting

At Hue Salon, we strive to provide every guest with a timely, high-quality, luxury experience. We understand that your time is valuable, and we work hard to ensure that appointments run smoothly and as scheduled. However, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as complex services or previous appointments running over may cause a slight delay.

If a stylist is running behind, we do our best to communicate this to you as soon as possible. Please know that we make every effort to stay on track, but your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated if we need to adjust the timing of your appointment.

In the event of a significant delay, we will provide you with updated timing or offer an alternative solution, such as rescheduling or adjusting your service to ensure that you receive the quality experience you expect.

We truly value your business and want to ensure that your visit with us is as enjoyable and efficient as possible.

Pets

We do not allow pets in the salon, with the exception of animals that assist for a physical disability.

Children, Minors And Other Guests

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at Hue Salon we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointment can pose a safety issue.

We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon, and we do not have an area designated for children. We ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment.

During their appointment, the child must always be accompanied by their parent and be able to sit still to receive their service safely. All minors must always be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian while in Hue Salon.

Additionally, as part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all our clients, we ask that you please avoid bringing extra guests with you to your appointment.

Our space is limited, and extra people in the salon can make it crowded, interfere with our work, and detract from the experience for other clients.

The salon cutting floor can easily become hazardous to both our guests and our staff. For everyone's safety and comfort, additional guests will be asked to wait in the reception area.

We hope you understand these policies are in place to ensure that both you and other guests can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful experience, while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
