Her passion and knowledge for hair and teaching quickly had her joining Alan as a partner in 2018, as well as Director of Education, coordinating Hue’s apprentice program. For every client, Tess finds a balance between precision, movement, and texture. She is known for her meticulous and intricate work, lived-in styles, and blondes. She’s not afraid to be honest with her clients and help them find something that will work for their hair. Passionate about music (if you hear Taylor Swift on the playlist in the salon, you can thank her), all things hair, shoes, and a million other tiny things, Tess can laugh with her clients or allow for a quiet, relaxing appointment.
